Winter Term 2021 with Judith Jones

All information about Zoom classes, workshops and teacher training below:

Please BOOK IN for your weekly classes by paying your fee in advance for the whole term if possible.

If you cannot pay for the whole term it would be great if you could pay for 6 classes in advance.

AFTER I have received your online payment (or cheque) I will send the ZOOM LOG IN CODE for your class in a seperate email.

WINTER TERM info – please note weeks when there are no classes.

MON Jan 11 – Mar 29: NO Classes Feb 15: 11 weeks 9.45 – 11.30/45:  £110

WED Jan 6 – Mar 24: NO Classes Feb 17: 11 weeks 6.00 – 7.45:  £110

THUR Jan 7 – Mar 25: NO Classes Feb 18: 11 weeks 10 – 11.30   £99

Missed classes can be made up by logging in to an alternative class. If this is impossible I will credit you.

Drop-in payment is too complicated so please pay in advance for at least half a term (6 classes) and I’ll mark your attendance but please also keep your own record.

Suitable for all levels. Asanas will range from basic to more advanced.  All students can participate as the work builds and if any asanas are impossible or not beneficial then alternatives can be given.

Class Types  
Mixed Ability Suitable for beginners and on-going students.

Suitable for Iyengar Teachers, Trainee teachers and students who have regularly attended general classes, usually for at least 3 years, who wish to develop their practice.

Intermediate Level 1 Students should be able to hold Savangasana for 5 mins.
Intermediate Level 2 Students should be able to hold Sirsasana for 5 mins and Sarvangasana with Halasana for 8 mins.
